Word Vomit: The Drama and Toxic Words Play

Great minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events, and small minds discuss people (Eleanor Roosevelt). Sit back and begin to assess what mind you have? Our mouth is a weapon used too many times to destroy the souls and the confidence in others. Those who have small minds tend to find enjoyment in gossiping about others and wondering what other’s next move is.

Some enjoy hearing horrible things that happen to those who they despise. If this is you, it is time to begin to assess and heal your heart to ensure that you are sending intentional love to others, and not your self-inflecting wounds within to others. How many times have you used your words to condemn and destroy other’s souls in the process? Ask yourself how does it make you feel? Does it really make you feel as powerful as you thought it would?

We either talk too much or don’t say enough. Balance is key. We must learn the meaning of time and when to speak and when not to speak. I want to talk about word vomit, which is what I consider to be toxic words that come out of our mouths. Sometimes we speak things upon ourselves, family and loved ones and don’t seem to understand why things are happening the way they are. We speak to the universal what our intentions are, which are usually conspiracies of doubt, fear, anxiousness, and confusion. There are sometimes people place curses upon other’s lives and against God’s purpose for your life. Begin to pay attention to people’s actions rather than their words if their words do not match with their actions.

When you find, someone placing doubt, confusion, fear, and sorrow into your life You must be watchful of their intention. You must learn to hold yourself accountable for your actions also if you are the one passing mouth vomit to others. What comes out your mouth as well as others has an effect on the atmosphere created in front of you. It sets the tone for the reality created in front of you. Our life can either speak life or death into our life or others. If you really knew how powerfully your words are, you would begin to find different ways to express or expose your true intentions.

The power of the tongue is real, and it is important to watch what you say and how you say things. The things we speak about due to a toxic habit are sometimes curses we place on others or ourselves. There are too many people who place labels, on people’s reputation and livelihood, which adds to the more unnecessary drama in their lives. What’s normal may not be what’s righteous and healthy.

Galatian 5:22-24 (CEV), “God’s spirit makes us loving, happy, peaceful, patient, kind, good, faithful, gentle, and self-control. And because we belong to Christ Jesus. We have killed our selfish feelings and desires. God’s spirit has given us life and so we should follow the spirit. But don’t be conceited or make others jealous by claiming to be better than they are.”

Our roles as women are not to make one another jealous of our gifts by boasting and attracting haters. Our role as women is to give life to others through our mind (Intellect), body (babies), soul (Nurturing), and spirit (love). There are too many moments in life when our mouths can put us in more trouble than we can bear. We let our mouth speak louder than our actions and speak for our character.

Proverbs 16:24 NLT, “Kind words are like honey-sweet to the soul and healthy for the body.

The time is now to stop explaining to others what our next moves are in life and bashing others for their way of living their life. None of us have a manual on how to survive life the best way, but many of us seem to believe that we do. When you are not aware of your life purpose then it easy for you to engage in conversations about others and their actions.

We must begin to find love in our hearts and the courage to grow into something more meaningful for our families and communities. After Rappers Nipsey Hessle, death, his death has been weighing heavily on my spirit on how much we underestimate the time and whether we are speaking life or death in one another. I have always been the person to uplift others, but now it is time to become intolerable to the small minds that may come pass my path. Showing them that their behavior is unacceptable by leading by example.

My goal is not to change women, but begin to inspire women to be greater thinkers and begin to watch the words they used against themselves and their families. I believe we are the main ones who tell our children they are not worthy through cursing, comparing their abilities to others, and pointing out their weakness with no hope of growing. We are nurturers and our feminine power is real and very essential for today.

There are too many children and men who are in need of our love, not our bodies. Too many women seem to get the concepts mixed up. Many of our men need our patience, kindness with our words, protection from ejecting foul language from our mouth, trust that we can hold their secrets even during bad times, hope that we will never bash their name to others when we disagree with their actions or beliefs, and perseveres when rumors begin to rise above them. Our men and children need our love because we set the tone in the environment with our loving energy.

There are many women, who are unable to be in platonic relationships which are non-sexual relationships. Too many women are willing to offer their bodies, but not to sustain a platonic relationship. This involves you to begin to learn what the true essence of what men want verse what you think they want. Many women are unable to be platonic in relationships because they are unaware of the feminine power and spiritual qualities. Women use their power many times to abuse others with their mouths, which is where word vomit appears

Proverbs 18:21 (NIV), “The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”

There must be more to life than engaging drama and word vomit, while we are so busy engaging in word vomit and drama. The enemy is setting up plans to steal, kill, and destroy those close to you and disrupt the plan of the Lord. Figure out what your purpose is here on earth.

Your feminine attributes do not contribute to this toxic behavior. We must begin to hold ourselves accountable for passing on word vomit we tell to others about people and calling it a conversation. Your purpose is essential to this world, which was the reason you woke up this morning. Walk away from displaying behavior that small-minded individuals do. You are more than the word vomit you tend to dish out. Your words hold power and it is time to begin to use your words to uplifts the spirit of those around you. Be bold and beautiful this week with your words Loves.
